This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.

This product ships unassembled and will require easy and straight-forward assembly using common household tools. Detailed instructions are included.

Products are guaranteed for 90 days against faulty workmanship and/ or defective materials and we will replace any defective products free of charge. Our liability and responsibility is limited to replacement of parts only.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be approved in writing. Items must be returned in their original packaging, and unused. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping.

Claims: If any damage to goods is detected upon receipt, the buyer must refuse delivery. Gas Log Supply is not responsible for damage suffered in transit or storage. Before accepting any goods, the buyer should examine the shipment carefully. If there is any visible damage to shipping cartons, the buyer should refuse delivery. Claims for damage or shortage by the delivering carrier should be filed with the carrier by the buyer within five (5) days of delivery. Claims for damaged goods must be reported to Gas Log Supply in writing within five (5) days from receipt of goods. Failure to do so will constitute full acceptance of the goods.
